Hier, j’ai eu la chance de visiter un appartement absolument hors du commun, situe derrière Le Negresco.
Un dernier étage baigné de lumière, une terrasse somptueuse, un intérieur pensé dans les moindres détails… Ce genre de bien qui vous marque instantanément.
Dans une carrière d’agent immobilier, on visite beaucoup d’appartements. Mais parfois, il y a des lieux uniques, rares, presque irréels. Et on mesure à quel point on est privilégié de pouvoir les découvrir, les ressentir… et les commercialiser.
Hier, je me suis simplement sentie chanceuse. ✨
