Het hele jaar kun je hier prettig vertoeven. In het appartement is draadloos (en bedraad) breedband internet aanwezig, waardoor het mogelijk is zowel in het huis als op het terras

en in de tuin te internetten. Het appartement ligt aan de rand van Nice, op plusminus 20 minuten loopafstand van het strand en het centrum van Nice. Het is gelegen in een afgesloten park met eigen parkeerplaats en gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Ligging Nice:

Nice geniet een unieke ligging tussen de heuvels vlak bij de zee met parken, bloeiende tuinen en met een majestueuze architectuur. Daarnaast is er een prachtige antiekmarkt cq. bloemenmarkt en zijn er vele gezellige restaurantjes en terrasjes. Erg gezellig is ook de oude stad met zijn kleine winkelstraatjes. Naast Nice zijn in de omgeving ook vele andere interressante plaatsen zoals Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, St. Paul de Vence etc. Nice heeft zijn eigen luchthaven. Op deze luchthaven vliegen zowel KLM als de prijsstunters Easyjet, German Wings en Transavia. English:

Nice, the capital of the French Riviera and a glittering jewel of the Côte d'Azur, certainly lives up to the English meaning of its name - a more perfect location would be hard to find anywhere in the world. The warm southern French sun is exquisite, the sea really is an exquisite shade of blue, and the city seems to be exclusively populated by beautiful people. Sun-worship vies with fashion as the main activity around here and if the pebbled beach front is the centre for the former, the Promenade des Anglais is a homage to haute couture. It is along this elegant thoroughfare that the most famous of the city's residents come to see and be seen. The early evening walk along the Promenade is a Nice institution and a perfect precursor to a meal in one of Nice's excellent restaurants or a sundowner on the terrace of an elegant hotel bar. But all this makes Nice sound more vacuous than it really is. Guesthouse:
