an apartment is located just nearby the Cours Saleya (flowers market) and two minutes closed from the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais. You are very close to all shops (small supermarkets, bakery, clothing stores) and are surrounded with the best restaurants in town! To explore the surrounding area, nothing is more easier, the tram and bus stops are only a two minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment:
Soleiada can welcome up to four people (possibility to rent the studio flat on the same floor): big bed in the room and sofa-bed for two persons with a real mattress (+ baby cot). The bed linens are provided. To tidy up your effects, you have a big wardrobe in the bedroom and a storage unit in the living room. You have two tower fans, one in the bedroom and one in the living room for the hot summer days! The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new home appliance: you have a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, 4 hotplates, a toaster and all tableware... From the airport - 30 minutes: Bus 98 Direction Place Blanqui/Riquier, stop Cathédrale - Vieille Ville
From the main station sncf - 15 minutes: Bus 4 Direction Hopital Pasteur/Las Planas, stop Victor Hugo then Tram 1 Direction Las Planas/Pont Michel, stop Opéra-Vieille Ville
With the car: car park Corvésy or Saleya (arround 100 € a week)
Soleiada is located in a little street on the 3rd floor (no lift)
