Take advantage of the apartment's strategic location. The apartment is exactly located at # 30 Rue Droite near Place Rossetti and Cours Saleya with its daily flower, vegetable and antique market. It is sitting in the 2nd floor of the building; easy for the guests to ascend and descend. 2-3 minutes walk you can enjoy the beach, restaurants, shops, markets, bars, cafes, monuments and museums. Do you want to see the scenic view of the old town and the beach? Take 5 few minutes hike to Castle Hill (Parc du Chateau) starting from the staircase of Rue Rossetti up to the hill. The master bedroom is located in the inner side of the building which has a double bed designed for a couple. The other bedroom is along the walking street of Rue Droite. It has 2 single beds, big wardrobes with 2 large mirrors and noise reduction window. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dyer, fridge/freezer, bread toaster, coffeemaker, combi-microwave/oven grill and cutlery. The apartment has 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet with petite lavatory. Ideal for 4 person. All equipment and facilities are brand new.
