Selon une étude menée par la banque CCF à partir des données des Notaires du Grand Paris, les Américains arrivent en effet en tête des nationalités qui s’offrent un pied-à-terre en Île-de-France avec 231 achats en 2023. En deuxième position, les Libanais leur emboîtent le pas avec 132 acquisitions, suivis de nos voisins italiens (89), belges (62) et allemands (60).
