What happens when you finally give yourself uninterrupted time to write?

This autumn, we invite you to step away from daily life for a week of storytelling, reflection, imagination, and creative renewal in the peaceful countryside of the Gers, in the south of France.

“For a long time, I dreamed of creating a place where people could truly slow down, breathe, and make space for creativity again. This retreat is exactly that,” says Sangita.

Whether you already write regularly, or simply feel a story quietly waiting inside you — you are welcome here. No previous experience or publication is needed. Only curiosity, openness, and the willingness to begin.

During the retreat, everyone will work on their own short story or personal writing project, completely at their own pace. The days are intentionally spacious and calm: gentle writing prompts in the morning, optional moments of sharing and feedback, and above all, plenty of uninterrupted time to simply write.

The retreat will be guided by our own Sangita Sultania, whose warmth and experience create a deeply supportive and inspiring atmosphere. Her work spans journalism, fiction, poetry, and screenwriting, and much of it explores memory, identity, emotion, and the stories we carry within us.

“What I personally love about this week is that it is not focused on performance or perfection,” Sangita shares. “It’s about creating space. Space to think, observe, imagine, and maybe even surprise yourself.”

We’ll gather in the beautiful surroundings of Domaine de Mounoy, surrounded by nature, calmness, shared meals, and the kind of atmosphere where creativity can quietly return.

Een nieuwe bedrijfstak MOET gevierd worden!! 🥳🥳

Na jarenlang met veel liefde vakantiegangers te hebben ontvangen, openen we vanaf september óók onze deuren voor gasten die zich willen onderdompelen in onze themaweken vol workshops, retraites en cursussen in deze prachtige omgeving. 🌿✨

Op ons terrein volgen zij meerdaagse workshops en retraites waarbij alles volledig verzorgd is — natuurlijk met een warme Gersoise touch. Denk aan creativiteit, ontspanning, inspiratie, lekker eten en bijzondere ontmoetingen.

En dat is reden voor een feestje! 🎉
Op zondag 23 augustus vieren we dit met een gezellige kunstmarkt op ons terrein. Maak kennis met verschillende themahosts, proef alvast een beetje van hun workshops en geniet van allerlei lekkers, muziek en leuke spelletjes voor het hele gezin.
