THE HOUSE
Le Muret is a beautiful character property with beamed ceilings and stone walls. There is a courtyard of buildings set in the centre of the extensive private grounds, with a 10 x 5 m pool and outside tterrace. The ground floor of this 3 storey house comprises the kitchen, a WC, the living room, games room and laundry. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite. The attic contains two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with a single bed, a 5 foot futon sofa bed, 2 folding beds (kids only!) cot. Thus the house can sleep 10 (+2 children and 1 baby). The house has full central heating as well as the log burning stove in the living room, making it wonderful for out of season stays.
OUTSIDE
The house and grounds are completely private and are not overlooked. They are approached along a private lane leading to Le Muret and a neighbour's house some distance beyond. The swimming pool is sited in part of the old walled vegetable garden. It is open to the sun throughout the day and early evening and enjoys the southerly views. It is ten metres by five, and at its deepest point is 1.5 metres. All around the edges it is one metre in depth. Roman steps allow easy access. The pool has a security alarm but small children should always be supervised.

This property is available throughout the year and rents from 1,400 to 3,000 depending upon the time of year. Please note there is a charge for heating in the winter months and there is a £150 charge (per holiday) for the provision of linen, bath towels and swimming towels.
Weekend and long weekend breaks (out of season) can also be arranged.
