We’re having the best end of season conditions in years - it’s great to go out on a high! As the season winds down, so do we…

After eleven years of running our chalet, active semi-retirement beckons (I’ve finally made peace with the R word). More time for fun, bike adventures and vegetable growing.

Next year we’re only renting out our chalet (self-catered) for a few weeks in the ski season. Once we’ve sold 4 weeks, we’re closing the diary. Easter is early next year for anyone attached to school timetables, and UK Feb half-term is still available. Five en-suite bedrooms (12 people max), 200m from the ski bus, or 3 minutes drive to Morillon or Vercland lifts.

The most perfect welcome pack at our home exchange… chilled rosé (and eggs, honey, bread, tea, coffee….). It was 7 hours driving time props to for doing it all…. And now there is the most perfect silence, evening warmth and a pool. Looking forward to discovering SW France on a bike this week!
