Next Sunday, 21st June sees the annual Iserane cycling event where the road from Val d’Isere to Bonneval-sur-Arc is closed to everyone but cyclists. What a great way to celebrate the summer solstice by making it up to the Col d’Iseran, the highest paved mountain pass in the French Alps !

May 2026 and that’s a wrap Good Bye Winter, Hello Summer! Icey river dip in the Isère to say good bye to the winter. Great skin up and fresh tracks down after the lifts closed, what a great note to end the season on. Thank you to our great staff for all your hard work and who made it all happen. Thank you to all our wonderful guests who came and stayed with us and our great feedback. Thank you to our partners in resort who helped us provide a great service and thank you owners for your amazing properties. All round wonderful. There’s more to Val d’Isere than skiing ! It’s also a fantastic place to be in the summer months. With long, sunny days, spectacular scenery and a huge variety of activities to entertain all the family, it’s a great alternative to crowded beach resorts. The majority of our lovely properties are also available in summer, so why not come and experience a different side of the mountains ?

The sun has set on another winter season - and what a fabulous one it has been ! Thanks to all our wonderful guests, and our lovely team who have worked so hard to ensure everyone had the best holiday in Val d’Isere.
