Three Wonderful Weeks at Carmagnac

Just spent 3 wonderful weeks at gorgeous Carmagnac whilst exploring the area with a view to a permanent relocation.

What a fabulous place it is, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need and more to "cook up a storm".

Very comfortable bed, armchairs and sofa, spacious bathroom and air conditioning, which was very welcome with the 30 degree plus days ! Units also heat for anyone planning a winter stay and I imagine it would be very cosy.

There are almost 360 degree stunning countryside views and we enjoyed the total peace and quiet. It was a little warm for the hot tub but I'm sure it would be lovely when the weather is not as clement.

Carmagnac is private but in no way isolated. You are only 10 minutes away from either Villebois Lavalette or Montmoreau with shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Richard and Jane are marvellous hosts, there if you need them, without encroaching on your privacy and we look foward to seeing them again in the Spring when we hope to return to continue our search.

Apologies, I have now run out of superlatives.
