Well, that was a quality night’s sleep… said absolutely nobody.

A muggy night, endless tossing and turning, and before I knew it I was awake at silly o’clock. So, coffee brewed, laptop open, and the Sunday admin session is well underway while most of the nation is still sound asleep.

Well… almost all of the nation.

My mother has been awake even longer, fully dressed, caffeinated, and practically at the front of the queue for the Arsenal parade already. I suspect she’s been counting down the days more excitedly than most children count down to Christmas.

Meanwhile, I’ll be spending the morning chasing emails, progressing sales and pretending my third coffee is still my first.
