We're looking for a Lead Plasterer to join our wonderful team at Garratts Damp & Timber full time.
Description:
- This job role will communicate and answer to the works manager.
- Carry out Damp proofing, rendering, skim finishes.
- Working mainly in residential properties and some commercial sites in and around London.
- Working in teams of two/three with labouring assistants.
- Transportation provided.
- Training given on the job and externally.
- Introduces clients to our team, culture and systems to allow the client to be comfortable and at ease.
- Someone to help enhance our business efficiency.
- Pride in work quality, not just their results, but how they get there.
- A desire to learn and take control.
- A curiosity to understand the big picture, their role in it, and what it means.
- An openness to try new things.
- Focused on taking initiative and developing original ideas to old problems.
Responsibilities:
- Understand our teams vision and goals.
- Ensure excellent end to end experience for all clients.
- Organise and plan days.
Skills and experience:
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of damp proofing
- Proven track record of excellent customer skills.
- Valid CSCS card preferred
- Relevant qualifications
