Introducing our flagship Deva model, available in various versions and layouts. Suitable for holiday or year round residential. Different sizes 70, 84, or 95 m² or your own size.
Each lodge features three bedrooms, one with ensuite, a main bathroom, an entrance with a utility room, and a kitchen with a living room. Like our other lodges, Deva is constructed on a steel frame and insulated with polyurethane foam, making it stable, very well insulated, and soundproofed.
Our lodge can be finished externally with composite panels or natural materials such as insulated burnt wood or natural Scandinavian spruce painted with Sikens products in any color.
We also have a wide range of finishing materials to choose from inside.

Deva can be equipped with a variety of amenities. It can be equipped with systems such as solar panels with batteries, air conditioning, recuperation, and heating options such as heat pumps, electric, underfloor, gas, or oil. A car charger is available upon request.

Together with our architect, engineer, and the rest of the development team, we will help you build your dream lodge.
