Please keep me in mind for any future works where you need to outsource the following:
A full review of all tender documents highlighting any risks.
Complete a pricing schedule alongside any necessary take-off from drawings, where available utilising any 'in-house' rates
Review of pricing schedules and make any necessary amendments prior to submission
Prepare any clarifications / exclusions / assumptions within the tender return
Prepare monthly applications for payments and provide cost breakdown of any variation requests
Create and update internal cost and value forecasts alongside any necessary cashflow forecasts.
