Roofs are one of the most important parts of any building and most of the time they get overlooked. I’ve been in the roofing trade for over 35 years and have seen some sights …

I’m offering a complete roof survey of your house or even a pre-purchase so you know the good and bad points.

I’ll provide a full report with pictures and expectation of anything I find that’s not quite right.

I do not carry out any repairs noted so this is a completely unbiased opinion of the most important part of your biggest investment.

I use a drone of which I’m fully registered with the CAA and have public liability insurance
My drone is a DJI Mini Pro 3 which is below 250g so can be flown mostly anywhere, with some obvious exceptions, like airports and stadiums and army areas.
