We understand that drivers do not like getting a parking fine, it normally comes at the worst time or you find yourself reading the wrong advice and end up with added fees or even worse bailiffs at your door.

We all need to understand though that we would not like someone parking on our own drive without our permission. People say the cost is disgusting, but they do not see the cost to the persons business when their spaces are blocked up either.

If you see a sign saying ”no parking” or ”permit holders only”, don’t park there and you won’t receive a PCN. Don’t think that it’s late in the evening, or I’m only here for 10-minutes, just don’t park there.

If you have a car park or individual spaces that are being blocked by unauthorised vehicles, get in contact and see if we are able to help. Normally our services are completely free of charge, and we are always happy to carry out a free site survey.

If you read online that private management companies don’t enforce their notices, he assured ALL our unpaid charges end up in court. It would be pointless if we just relied on people paying, and not enforcing the ones that ignore the charge.

The charge starts it life at £60.00 if paid within 14 days, then goes to £100.00. Should the charge still be outstanding on day 29, the charge goes to £170.00. This is when legal action is started, and unfortunately for the driver the cost raises again with court and legal fees.

Unless we are able to come to an agreement with the driver and settle the charge, they could end with a county court judgement. If this is obtained we then will apply where applicable to the high court for high court bailiffs to attend and attempt to obtain payment.

If the vehicle has parked where they shouldn’t have done, or failed to pay for parking, then ignore the £60.00 charge and further communication this is where the ticket can easily escalate to a four figure sum.

We always work to the strict code of practice that we are governed by, and are confident that our PCN’s are issued correctly. We are humans and should we make a mistake, we would always deal with this promptly.
