Our Story
Originally established in 1997, by Margaret Duffus, following 15 years in property leasing with Peterkins solicitors on Union Street, the business grew quickly as Aberdeen saw a sustained inflow of people and families due to the booming oil market. Her daughter Sarah was able to join her full time in 1999 and they continued to work from Margaret’s home and they built an office space over the garage. A move to Bayview Road was necessitated in 2009 as the staff grew from a team of 5 and Margaret eyed up retirement. Now run as a partnership by Sarah and her husband James, they were able to buy an office building at 52 Bon Accord Street in 2018, and they look forward to building the brand further while keeping the family values at heart.
