Big things are happening behind the scenes at AHL.

We're bringing in Guesty, a property management system that works as the engine running quietly in the background of everything we do. Same AHL team, smarter tools.

For guests, a smoother experience from booking to checkout. For owners, more visibility and control and our team get the tools to do what they do best, look after people and properties.

We're also growing the team and building closer ties with local Anglesey businesses.

Alongside this we're expanding the team, bringing in new roles and building even closer ties with local Anglesey businesses. This isn't about getting bigger. It's about getting better!

Games rooms and snug spaces are always a winner with families (especially the teens). Pool, board games, films, cinema rooms and a space that’s just theirs to hang out in.

Makes rainy days pretty great too. We have some fantastic properties that have these spaces.

Say hello to Lou! The Creative mind and Content lead behind everything you see, read and scroll.

Now, this is a little weird, because I (Lou) write and post for AHL... which means today I'm writing about myself. 😄 Modest as I am, there really is no one better placed to do it.... With over 20 years in marketing and content creation, creativity isn't just what I do, it's how I see the world. I'm that person who walks into a property and immediately pictures how it should be photographed, styled and felt. Every campaign, every caption, every carefully curated image... I live and breathe this stuff.
4 years in at AHL and I still love every single day of it.

I work with some incredibly talented people to bring AHL to life, thanks to SDG Productions and Andrew Collier for capturing this island, its properties and the people.... and when I need beautiful food styled I call upon the incredibly talented Chef Graham Tinsley MBE - Freelance Chef and an all round wonderful human.

Last but definitely not least, A HUGE mention to the wonderful Emma, our Digital and Technology Lead, and next up in our marketing team intros! One of AHL's longest-standing team members, and quite frankly the person who knows where everything is and how everything works.. So watch this space!

The Eisteddfod yr Urdd is coming to the island and it's bigger than ever! A full seven days at the Anglesey Showground in Gwalchmai, 100,000 visitors, 15,000 young performers who have been rehearsing, competing and preparing since September just for this moment.

To every parent in the crowd this week put your phone down (after one video, obvs 😂), breathe it in, and enjoy every single second.
..and if you're staying on Anglesey this week, what a time to be here. The island is alive, the atmosphere will be electric, and the weather is looking good!
