Big news for the housing market. 🏠

The government has announced major reforms to make buying and selling homes faster and less stressful:

🔹 Sales packs — key info upfront, so buyers know what they’re getting from day one
🔹 Earlier binding agreements — to stop deals falling through months in
🔹 Digital tools — replacing slow paper-based processes

The aim: cut buying times by around 4 weeks and save first-time buyers an average of £650.

It’s a phased rollout, so changes won’t happen overnight, but it’s a step in the right direction. 👏
