Well busy times and we need a driver, class 2 driver required full or part time we can discuss hours MUST hold class 2 HGV be fit and willing to work with a can do attitude.
Full training given but experience would be an advantage, it's a different type of job and not for everybody we appreciate that but it's far from as bad as some believe. .....We don't actually get in a swim in it 😂 .......oh and a good sense of humour goes a long way here!

👋 Paddy here - can't believe it's almost February and we've only just poured the first beer of 2025 here at B&B 🥲. So happy to be open again, feels like it's been longer than 3 weeks!

⭐ Thanks for all the support and love everyone's shown, it means the world to us. It's been great seeing you all down at Bank Vault but very happy to be back up here and looking forward to serving you all some beers!

Well a busy day in Tregaron today, the Llew Coch called us out a week ago to take a look at their drains which have been giving a few issues, we cleared a blockage and carried out a full drain survey and inspection, diagnosed a couple of issues and agreed a quote to carry out the remedial works. Today was the day!
At approximately 2'6" down below an internal rear floor area there was a 6" pipe with a badly stepped and open joint, this was holding stones from the outside rain water drains along with other 'debris' (p**p and paper amongst other things from the toilets 😜) causing constant blockages. To dig this area up, repair the pipe, backfill and make good the floor etc would have cost well in excess of £2,500 along with major disruption to the business. We were able to carry out a no-dig patch repair all during the day before opening time with no disruption to their business at all so no loss or income or more importantly upset for their customers from enjoying a pint after a hard days work 😁
We also found and repaired some poor areas of benching and open joints to an inspection chamber which again we were able to tidy up and repoint before opening time so all good.
Photo's show the patch in place, as can be seen the step and open joint are now nicely smoothed out and sealed which will help the flow nicely in future and all for a fraction of the cost of digging up to replace.
Joints left open in the drains with water escaping cause erosion and further stepping to the joints and even drain collapsing, the patch has now sealed the joint preventing any future erosion problems......as the old saying goes......'a stitch in time saves 9' and in this case a small fortune in future repair costs!
Later in the week we will return to give all the drains a thorough jetting clean and descale to ensure a problem free future.

Even Michael our tanker driver was working in the town emptying a treatment tank for another customer of ours so he called in to say hello.

Well Celtic Waste Limited had a superb day and great welcome at Aberystwyth Show on Saturday meeting both existing, new and future customers.
It was only as we were packing up I realised I'd not really had any chance to walk around and visit many of the other stands as a busy day time flew by!!
Big thanks for everyone who called in and made the day well worth while 👍😃

Availability to work days, evenings and weekends as and when needed and at short notice is a great advantage.
Must be Aberystwyth based or within short travelling distance due to hours needed.

5am on site start this morning for no dig patch repair before the world awakes and starts using the drains. Got my main man Al Jones with me to assist and fetch coffee and breakfast roll, what better way to spend a Sunday morning 😀😀
