I’m in agony today so what do I do when I’m in pain!! 😩
Paint!! 🎨🖌️
Well if I can that’s my plan for today! 💪
I will rest too but being distracted takes the mind off the pain!!🥺
And painting is therapeutic to me helps me calm down and being on my feet is better than being sat down!! 😄
At least I don’t feel like I’m sat on a football!!! ⚽️
So today if you need me I will be doing one of three things!!!
Resting 😌

And learning new things!!! 📝
That will be one thing I am determined to do this year is learn something new every day! 👩‍🏫

This week has certainly taken its toll on my body think it’s just realised I’m no longer taking any crap no more contraception pills no pain killers because I’m doing it the healthy way! 💪
Watching what I eat. 🥗🥙🌯🌮🍲🍆🍑🍌🍊🍎🍓🍍🍒🥑🥒🥔🍋🍉🌽🥕🥦🍅🍇🥜🍏🫘🍐🌰🫐🧄🧅🥫🌶️🍠🥝🫑🥭🥬

and what not to eat…. 🍔🌭🥪🍕🍟🍖🍗🥓🍿🍳🥞🧇🍪🍩🧁🍦🍨🍧🍮🥧🍰🎂🍭🍫🍬

Putting herbs, 🌿🪴CBD 🌿and mushroom 🍄 supplements and other food supplements too, into my body has certainly made me feel much better in myself. 😁
The caster oil wraps that I have been putting on my belly and back have been amazing and have definitely helped. 😊
Yes I still have those bad days but I will try my best to put a smile on my face and get on with it it those bad days are not as bad as what they used to be and hopefully they won’t be there in the future. 🤚

Because I do listen to my body and rest when I need to which is what I have had to do for the last few days! 😴
