A warm welcome to all the new followers who have joined the Girl Friday page recently.

Following last week’s post, the available 3-hour face-to-face appointment and block of virtual appointments have now both been filled. Thank you to everyone who got in touch.

As there have been lots of new faces joining the page, it seemed like a good time to introduce Girl Friday and the services available.
Girl Friday is a multi-skilled team providing a range of practical support services across Aberdeenshire and beyond. The team currently offers:

Girl Friday’s Professional Life Organiser & Practical Life Coach supports clients face-to-face across Deeside, as well as virtually across the UK and internationally.
Support can include:

✔ Life admin and paperwork
✔ Managing overwhelm and decision fatigue
✔ Goal setting and accountability
✔ Building confidence and motivation
✔ Breaking large tasks into manageable steps
Girl Friday supports a wide range of clients. Some clients are neurodivergent or have ADHD, whilst others simply need practical support, encouragement and strategies to help life feel more manageable.
Please note that the waiting list for Girl Friday’s cleaning services is currently full and no new names are being added at this time. The reselling service is also completely booked until 2027.
Any future availability for these services will be advertised on the page should spaces become available.
As appointment availability for life organising and practical life coaching can change throughout the year, a waiting list is now being created for future virtual appointments and potential face-to-face appointments.

That can include budgeting and making your money work harder, reducing overwhelm using CBT-based tools, building routines that are manageable long-term, and tailoring everything to the individual client and how they actually live.

Experienced in working with neurodivergent clients, including ADHD households, where standard advice often just doesn’t work. The approach is realistic, practical, and built around how that person’s brain and home actually function. Also experienced in supporting more extreme situations, including severe clutter and hoarding environments, so the level of support is always matched to what’s genuinely needed.
