Agent A charges 1.5% and through strategy, marketing, negotiation and reach achieves £220,000.
Agent B charges a £1,000 fixed fee but only manages £198,000.
Yes, Agent A costs more…
But even AFTER paying the higher fee, the seller still walks away almost £20,000 better off 🤯
That’s why looking purely at fee can be such a dangerous mistake.
