Ever wondered what's behind the doors at Pia Ristorante? 🍝

We popped into West Byfleet to chat with Fabio, the owner of this Italian gem, about how it all began.

He started out as a 26 year old waiter in a Devon hotel, and that's where he properly learned the trade. Years later, he decided it was time to do for himself what he'd spent years doing for others, so when the opportunity came up in the market, he took the leap and opened his own restaurant with his own savings.

It's safe to say that leap paid off, Pia Ristorante has become a real favourite for pasta lovers in the area.
