🧘‍♀️ New Yoga Classes Coming to Aldershot Enterprise Centre 🧘‍♂️
Looking to boost your wellbeing and take a break in your day? A brand new programme of yoga classes is arriving in Aldershot Town Centre this April, perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike!
Led by experienced local instructor Helen Greenwood, these sessions are designed to support both physical health and mental clarity, with convenient lunchtime and early afternoon slots on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
🕒 Class times:
• 12:00 – 12:50: Lift & Lengthen
• 13:00 – 13:50: Energising Flow

✨ What to expect:
• Lift & Lengthen – Gentle stretching and posture work, ideal for all levels
• Energising Flow – A more dynamic class to build strength and raise your heart rate

Hi everyone,

We are hoping to introduce regular yoga classes at Aldershot Enterprise Centre, starting THIS APRIL, and we’d like to know how many people might be interested!

Designed to support your physical wellbeing and mental clarity, our experienced local yoga teacher Helen Greenwood is offering 3 types of class (see below) across lunchtime and early-afternoon on Tuesdays & Thursdays. At just £12.50 per class, (book securely online or pay-on-the-day), they’re a fun, convenient and inclusive way to recharge your body and mind!

PROPOSED CLASSES ON TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS
• Early lunch, 12.00 - 12.50: ‘Lift & Lengthen’
• Late lunch, 13.00 – 13.50: ‘Energising Flow’
• Mid-afternoon, 14.00 – 14.50: ‘Slow Flow Sanctuary’

WHAT ARE THE CLASSES LIKE?

Lift & Lengthen: suitable for all levels (including beginners), focussing on stretching the muscles, improving posture, and lengthening & realigning the body.

Energising Flow: ideal for those with some basic fitness. Raise the heart rate with guided, dynamic movement and sequenced strength-building poses.

Slow Flow Sanctuary: suitable for all levels, this calm, restorative and meditative class will relax the mind and rebalance the body.
