We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Administrator to work as part of our small team in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

Job Description:
This position involves working closely alongside the Managing Director to provide administrative support.

Duties:
- Arranging and scheduling meetings
- Organise company calendar
- Liaising with suppliers
- Requesting quotations
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Handling queries by phone and email
- Adapt to various administrative tasks as they arise e.g. filing, completing forms, ordering office supplies

Requirements:
- We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and can work well under their own initiative.
- Applicants must be confident using Microsoft Office packages.
- A construction background is preferred but not essential.
