Working from the architect’s 2D drawings, the client initially found it difficult to fully visualise how the space would come together.

Through 3D modelling, those plans were brought to life — transforming flat layouts into a clear, immersive vision of the finished home.

This project focused on creating a calm, connected home — where the main living spaces flow naturally, and every room has been carefully considered as part of a single, cohesive design.

Alongside the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, we reworked key supporting spaces to elevate both function and comfort. A new downstairs bathroom and utility were designed to feel refined yet practical, with clean lines, soft materials, and a layout that works effortlessly day to day. The lounge was refreshed to feel warm and inviting, balancing simplicity with subtle detailing.

As with every project, we worked closely with the client — refining layouts, testing finishes, and adjusting details — before bringing the full vision to life through true-to-scale 4K renders. The result is a home that feels intentional, balanced, and confidently designed from room to room.
