Our vision for the new workspaces on the 2nd Floor of Trafalgar House….🏢
We can start to see how these spaces will look once they’re finished.

These new rooms are being designed with flexibility in mind, perfect for a treatment room, therapy space, studio or a small office setup.

They will be built with freelancers, start-ups or small businesses in mind, those looking for their own space at an affordable cost.
And being in a VAT-free building, it’s a big help when it comes to keeping expenditure down.

Workspaces will be available in the Autumn.

👉 And, we have some exciting news…

More smaller offices are coming soon at Trafalgar House on the second floor, which will be designed for freelancers and solo entrepreneurs, right through to teams of up to 25 people.

These will be ready at the end of Autumn and will all be VAT free to help businesses save on costs.

Tenant spotlight – Neighbourhood Café at The Arches 🍵

Meet Rainbow and Gladys, co-founders of Neighbourhood Café on Viaduct Road - an independent, Hong Kong cafe founded with the belief that great food and coffee bring people together.

"Our slogan “Sip. Chew. Love. And Repeat!” captures our vision of what a good life should taste like.

Neighbourhood’s concept is built around collaboration between flavours, cultures, and people. Since opening, we've become known for introducing Asian-inspired ideas to the local café scene while maintaining the warmth and familiarity of a neighbourhood spot.

The Arches offer a distinctive character and energy that align perfectly with our vision. The area is home to a growing community of independent businesses, each bringing something unique to the neighbourhood.

We wanted to be part of a creative, evolving hub, somewhere that encourages exploration and supports local makers and entrepreneurs.

Guests come to us for flavours they won't find elsewhere. We have an inventive menu that pairs Western cafe favourites with Asian influences - speciality coffee, Japanese matcha, premium sandwiches, homemade pastries and desserts, as well as seasonal specials."

We are proud to support and sponsor the fabulous Timperley Community Amateur Boxing Club 🥊run by Mark - A boxing gym that’s been part of the community for 15 years.

💬 "The gym started in 2011 with the input of a local councillor. I'd coached at other gyms for many years. The gym was spread over two rooms in the local youth centre, and then we moved to a bigger room in 2013. We fundraised for 7 years to get the money together to get the gym we are in now built.

We offer sessions to a wide range of people such as competing boxers, beginner sessions, teenage fitness sessions, sessions for young adults age 18-25, adults over age 25-80, open gym sessions on a Saturday and also, Veterans sessions.

SEN children are also welcome. We work with two disability groups, Trafford Choices and The Pavilion Project where we put on holiday clubs so the children can come and train, enjoying a free lunch over the holidays.

👉 Support from local businesses like Selbourne Group really helps the club. We are committed to enabling anyone to come to the club, regardless of age, ability or financial circumstance.

Selbourne Group helps out so we can offer places to these children, which obviously benefits them and helps us."

Not a bad place to be… 📍👏
Altrincham’s just been named the best place to live in the North West England by The Times and we couldn’t’ agree more!

What’s more is that a couple of our tenants have had a mention too, including Kickback Coffee, Bee Strong Clothing and EZ Bar & Cafe - EZH down by the canal at the Arches, Viaduct Road.

It’s the mix of independent businesses, great coffee spots, and places people love spending time that makes Altrincham such a great place to be. We are proud to be part of such a wonderful community.
