We haven’t been winning the social media game recently. Two projects finishing, a new staff member starting in the e-commerce business and Covid striking at home has meant that time has been in short supply.
There is good news though, the Lake District project is looking insanely good (photos coming in the next few weeks), and we have added this cracker to the portfolio. A freehold block of four apartments in Lancaster, 2 x 2 beds and 2 x 3 beds.
Just a light refurb required and we have got a housing association interested in taking them all on a long lease.

Landscaping complete at , well at the rear at least, we need a tidy up at the front as well. I think this might be my favourite part of this project, the jungle to garden transformation 🙌.
