“The apartment was definitely the highlight of our 4-week road trip through Scotland.
Spotlessly clean, plenty of space, the best beds you can imagine - a cosy, beautiful place and the minute you enter, you feel this is a home away from home. Our Kids loved the stay in the monastery, and so did we. Great base for day-trips. If we're back in the Stirling area, we would definitely stay there again. A huge shoutout to Douglas and Tracey for creating such a beautiful place, and a heartfelt thank you for hosting us.”

"The Baronet” is our one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment featuring a spacious kitchen, a separate lounge with a dining area, a king-size bedroom, and a large shower room. It accommodates up to two adults and a travel cot.

Guests describe it as being the "ideal size" and "in the perfect location" for a short stay or a longer break to explore the area.

A very warm welcome awaits you at The Turret.

"The Turret" is a spacious three-bedroom apartment spread over two levels, comprising two King-size bedrooms and one double room.
The first level features the entrance hallway with a cloakroom toilet to the left, and an adjoining living room, dining area, and kitchen. The stairs lead up to a generous hallway, where you'll find three bedrooms and a family shower room.
The Turret is family-friendly and can accommodate up to six adults and a travel cot.

“Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space with us. There is a special connection to this castle for us. My 11th great Grandfather worked for Alexander of Menstrie and when William Alexander ‘created’ Nova Scotia (where we are from). John Drysdale eventually imigrated and obtained land through the British/crown land- grant system. Anyway a fun connection and interesting tie to Nova Scotia. Your place is lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect base for our final leg of our Scottish tour. Thank you!”

“We had a lovely stay at the Castle. We stayed in the turret apartment. It was very tastefully and cosily furnished. The facilities were also good.
Everything we needed was within easy reach. We also really liked the walking area, which was conveniently located just across the road. Our hosts were very friendly and replied to our queries very quickly. We'd love to come back.”
