The face behind Watson Estate Agency. I often get asked why I started my own estate agency.
Of course, like any business owner, I wanted to build something successful. But if I'm being honest, the thing that makes me happiest isn't the houses... it's the people.
The families taking their first step onto the property ladder. The couples upsizing because their family is growing. The clients navigating difficult life changes. The people who trust me to help them through one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.
I laugh with my clients. Sometimes I cry with them too. And if you're having a tough day and need a cuddle, you'll probably get one of those as well. Estate agency isn't just about putting a house on the market and negotiating an offer. It's about understanding that behind every move is a story, a family, a dream, a challenge, or a new beginning.
That's why when you work with Watson Estate Agency, you're never just another client. I'm on this journey with you. From the first conversation to the day you hand over the keys, and often long after that too.
This business was built on people, relationships and genuinely caring. The houses are important, but it's the people inside them that matter most.
