Holmes and Doran have over 25 years experience in the field of asbestos surveying for a range of private and public sector clients.

Its team of professional asbestos surveyors, all qualified to P402 certification standard as a minimum, will go to great lengths to ensure that your property interests are properly surveyed.

“The asbestos surveys we conduct are undertaken in accordance with HSE Publications HSG 264 and the ACOP L127’ The Management of Asbestos in Non-Domestic Premises’ and our quality assurance procedures ensure we are up to date with the very latest industry standards so that our clients are receiving all the information and expertise to help them comply with the ‘Control of Asbestos Regulations (Northern Ireland 2012).
