Our Innovate 21 Garden Studio combines modern styling with a traditional garden lodge feel, to create garden rooms that are a fantastic addition to any garden space.
We have adapted our timber frame manufacturing system to create unique, long lasting and eco friendly garden rooms. From home offices to extra space for family or guests, we can design and create a bespoke garden studio to suit your needs.
Rest assured, each of our garden studios are manufactured by the same specially trained staff that manufacture our super insulated Eco Homes. We manufacture your garden studio at our factory in Armagh using the highest quality materials and deliver them to you at the best possible price!

Tiny houses seem to be popping up all over the country these days as global citizens trade in lofty ideals of sprawling suburban mansions for smaller simpler homes that sit gently on the earth.
While here at Innovative Home Solutions, we're still building plenty of one-of-a-kind, bespoke homes that we love, we're also actively working on the idea of packaging the concept of expandable starter homes that can be added to in time to create a a somewhat larger home. We want to bring small scale, sustainable living to everyone with a taste for tiny homes.

We have developed a new range of contemporary ‘Tiny Homes’ that are built from sustainable materials, for efficient and healthy living. The smallest is 25 square meters or 270 square feet and they go up from there. This is one way to go green, quietly...
The walls, floor and roof of these homes are made from Structurally Insulated Timber Frame Kits. “As these Tiny Homes are pre-manufactured in our factory, much of the building site construction work is condensed and streamlined, so they can go up in as little as 3-5 days on site,” says Ultan O'Lorcain, founder of INNOVATIVE HOME SOLUTIONS.
Ultan has a vision to simplify green building, while making sustainable living more affordable for everyone. Our Tiny Homes can be customised to fit a variety of budgets, they come finished on the exterior, they’re fully insulated internally and ready for you to complete yourself.
The homeowner and/or their contractor prepares the building site, lays the foundation and makes any needed connections for services. Building and delivering the Tiny House can take as little as 14 to 16 weeks, saving both time and money in the streamlined process.
