Nestled in the South Downs and next to the River Arun, Flint Cottage is a recently renovated Grade II listed cottage. It offers endless trails and excellent local pubs right in your doorstep. Whether you spend the days exploring or are simply looking for somewhere cosy to unwind, we hope this feels like the perfect retreat.
Originally known as The Turnpike, the cottage served as the 19th Century toll house for Houghton Bridge.
Whilst we have lovingly modernised the cottage, we have sought to preserve its soul. The decor draws inspiration from the Arts and Crafts movement, blending contemporary comfort with a deep respect for its lovable heritage.
