This little girl is our first lamb of 2024 and had a shock arriving in the cold, windy, rain and hail today!

However, lambs and the 1st of March can only mean one thing... Spring is coming!

The Minninglow chambered tomb is made up of an oval-shaped cairn that measures 45m x 38m and stands at a height of 2.4m. It contains two complete chambers made of limestone slabs, and three further incomplete chambers.

This little Guy will be joining us in April, he's my dream sheep, a Swiss Valais Blacknose!

He will be joining my flock of mismatched pets and greeting you during your stay no doubt, but the trouble is.. we need a name for him!

Our current boy sheep are called Rammy the Herdwick Tup, Larry Lamb and Big Ted! Let us know your ideas!
