A quick recap on the garden room we completed with Marston Pomona Landscaping solutions

This garden room is huge! It has an office, toilet and workshop all inside.

Day 7 and the roof is all made ready to be clamped down.

We have done this slightly differently to how we normally do so we can fit it tighter and more flush to the wall.

Day 6 and the wall are all up and the back and sides are now clad in steel box profile.

The front has been framed out ready for the doors and the windows to be placed in next week.

Once we get to this stage you can start to feel the size of the room.

So we are a few days behind in these videos but on day 5 we have built the sides and the back and its all clad ready to be lifted into position.

This has been clad with a steel box profile so it requires no maintenance from you. This makes it prefect to fit in on sides that are hard to access. This can be supplied in several colours.

Day 4 of the garden room build in Grendon

The floor is now insulated and boarded. It’s perfectly level and square and is the perfect base to stat building the walls off of.

Day three of our garden room build and the sub frame has been bolted down to the threaded rods.

This system of foundation is perfect for a garden room as it lifts the structure out of contact with the ground. And enables us to ensure a good airflow around the building (more on this in future videos) @

As we can adjust each rods height we can get the whole structure perfectly level and solid.
