Carpets and Oak effect luxury flooring have been laid throughout Nos 1 & 2 Nursery Gardens this week. The new floors really compliment the oak doors and the Farrow & Ball Ammonite colour that we’ve used to decorate the walls.

Both plots are looking fantastic and are ready to move straight in to.

The Nurseries at dusk - a few pics to show off the external lighting system.

Each property has LED external lights front and back plus one or two lighting bollards, all linked to a photocell so the lights come on automatically in the evening.

Landscaping works almost complete. Just need a bit of rain to make the grass grow and the final layer of tarmac on the drive to smarten it up.

Plot 4 now sold subject to contract.

Plot 1 is in the market and includes great views across the Green Belt to the rear.

Lovely evening at The Nurseries in Audley. Easy to imagine sitting on the patio with a cold beer or G&T watching the sun go down over the field.😄

Render complete and looking fantastic - many thanks to Nathan Price and the team at NJP who’ve done a fantastic job. Just the externals to complete with flagging and paving starting next week now all the scaffold has been removed.
