✨ DEMBA’S DIMANCHE DISH: A TASTE OF SENEGALESE TERANGA ✨

Join us at The Old Inn, Gairloch on Sunday 27th September for another one-day-only culinary experience! This month, Demba is serving up a celebrated coastal classic: Firire! 🐟

What is Firire?
It features fresh, whole fish seasoned in a punchy marinade of garlic, mustard, citrus, and a touch of chilli, fried to crisp, golden perfection. Served alongside a sharp, savoury onion sauce, sweet fried plantains, and a crisp, refreshing salad, it’s a vibrant feast packed with incredible flavour.

Food with a Real Purpose
We are now entering the final stretch before Demba travels home to Senegal in November! A portion of every single dish sold goes directly towards the Nio Far project, helping us fund vital supplies and improvements for the school in Demba's home village of Thiaroye-sur-Mer.
