This was amongst some old papers we found in a locked safe some 15 years ago. I love old stuff especially the prices and style of basic paperwork. However it’s my reckoning that the fat stock show got away a shilling lighter!

A very happy (non) retirement to the one and only Gareth! Our resident groundsman and Jack of all trades, we’ll miss having him, his bucket hat and his sense of humour around.

Amongst our residential and commercial property management, one of the parts of our role we love best is being able to match new and existing businesses that are looking for the perfect space to call home, with landlords looking for reliable, long term tenants. A pleasure to be able to support Axminster Fire Station and surrounding emergency services with providing a suitable property to host a large scale exercise this week.

This isn’t the first time we’ve been able to support such activities, and we’re sure it won’t be our last! A huge thank you to our landlords and tenants for allowing such valuable sessions to take place, and to our local fire services for their hard work in keeping their skills up and keeping us all safe 🙌🏻

We have recently put forward a redevelopment proposition for the new owners of St George’s and we are genuinely excited about what it could mean for Axminster.

Architecturally we have reworked the concept in the timeless style of the Dawkins building circa 1920. It is a look that sits comfortably alongside many of Axminster’s historic premises and carries confidence, character and longevity. Traditional proportions and detailing combined with modern construction standards and quality materials.

Internally the buildings would be fully air conditioned and designed for year round efficiency. Comfortable, economical and future ready. Carefully managed and properly overseen because that is what we do.

For this to truly succeed collaboration is essential.
