I headed along to the networking event for the first time. If you’ve ever been nervous about networking, this is a great place to go. You can rely on .fuzzy.formula and to supply enough banter to create a room full of laughter, great energy and value!🙌

Three brilliant talks from experts who know their stuff:
🎤 on scaling your business — her quote hit hard: “Your why is bigger than today” 💡
🎤 on keeping social media inclusive — remember legible fonts and colors, people! (Taking notes for Mosst Homes content!) 👀
🎤 .photography on the philosophy behind a good picture — 45 degrees, head forward, slightly down, and ladies drop a hip! (Plus a lot of intelligent philosophy too!) 📸

All completely different. All really useful. All going straight into the Mosst Homes toolkit! 🔧

Building relationships, learning from the best, and showing up on a Monday night, even if I did miss the turning twice and had a double tour of Bluebell Hill 😅

We went to see our fellow networker’s .construct.services flip project in Whitstable today and WOW, the amount of progress they’ve made in such a short time is impressive! 💪

What I love about building genuine relationships, is being genuinely interested in other people’s projects! You never know where those conversations will lead... 🤝💡

Massive thanks to Mada for walking me through how they underpinned the house and how the original plans changed. At heart, I’m a builder stuck in a lady’s body, so getting into the details of the build is what I love! 🔨😅

As it’s half term, I had my trusty sidekick with me who provided the builders with donuts (always bring donuts to a site visit!) 🍩 Then we headed to the beach to find treasure... we’re yet to find our fortune but the search continues! 🏴‍☠️🏖️

Never stop learning. Never stop supporting others. That’s how we all grow! 🚀

A great open day at ’s new HMO today! 🏠

Whilst it’s not our strategy, it’s always great to hear first hand about other property projects, how they acquire properties, working with investors, and tackling the refurb (my favourite part!) 🔨👷🏻‍♀️

What a treat today! This morning I’m investing in myself and spending sometime at the absolutely stunning Eastwell Manor Hotel 🏰✨

I’m so excited to be attending Business Success Strategy session with a small group of ambitious female business owners, where we will be getting clarity on our business goals as we head into 2026.

Today is about:
✨ Dreaming bigger than I’ve allowed myself to
💡 Getting absolute clarity on what I’m aiming for (not what I think I should be aiming for)
💪 Building the confidence to step into my next version
📈 Creating a solid strategy for business success in 2026

As a freelancer and property problem solver, I’m constantly planning experiences for others or solving their problems. Today, I’m the experience and I’m resolving my own blockers!

So happy hump day! I’m spending mine focused on bold moves, strategic thinking, and surrounding myself with the right people who push me to think bigger! 🚀

So, in my haste to stand out with colourful envelopes for my direct-to-vendor letters, I forgot to look at the size, and it turned out that they didn’t fit an A4 piece of paper! 🤦‍♀️

Cue stupidity. Cue creativity. Cue... origami?! 📜🦢

Instead of admitting defeat (or buying new envelopes like a normal person), I turned each letter into an origami fold with a handy pocket for my business card! ✨

👉🏻Is it extra work? A little
👉🏻Does it look unique? I think so!
👉🏻Will vendors remember the property investor who sent them an origami letter? I hope so! 💌

Sometimes mistakes turn into the Mosst creative solutions! 🙌

Today I was invited to a Back to Bricks open day in Whitstable hosted by and .construct.services , and what an insightful hour it was! 👷🏻‍♀️

We got to hear all about:
📍 How they acquired the property
💡 The different strategies they’re using to maximise the profits
🔨 Their plans for the refurb

These open days are BRILLIANT for learning! Being able to ask questions to people working on active projects, seeing the challenges they’re tackling, and understanding their approach are all things you just can’t get from books or videos! 💪

Plus, the networking is always invaluable! Surrounding yourself with people who are putting in the work is how you level up! 🚀

A huge thank you to and Maddan Construct Services for having me, I’m so excited to see the finished project! 🏠✨

I really wanted this Saturday off, as it’s the only day we have free until after Christmas to spend as a family. 👨‍👩‍👦

Then some referrals came in and when people have property problems, we need to be there! 💪

So we did what any property-obsessed family would do... we took the whole crew out for a Saturday of viewings! 🏠😅

We ended up in Deal and spent a beautiful few hours on the beach! ☀️Grabbed a beverage from (who kindly let us drink it on the beach) while our son enjoyed some fossil hunting!🦴✨

Can we help the people we saw today? One we definitely can, the other one... we’ll try our best! 📊

After all, who do you talk to when you’re unable to sell your home? !

Yesterday was one of them power days! 🙌✨

The day was spent in business meetings discussing different strategies to close the deals we have on the table before the year is out! It’s all about finding the right approach for each one 💼🎯

Then I ended it at the fabulous Hard Hat to Heels, Kent

👉 opening up about the menopause (honestly, we need more of these conversations!)
👉 sharing her property journey - its not everyday you find a bomb on the site of one of your projects!

Being in the right rooms with the right people really helps to fill your tank to finish the year strong 💪
