We are delighted to announce the opening of the newest occupiers The Laundry Club at our Sheffield site, Archer Road Retail Park.
The Laundry Club are now open for business, offering a range of quality washing and ironing services.
Their wonderful team have done a fantastic job fitting out the unit and we are sure the business will be a great success, and popular addition to the site and area.

We are also thrilled to accommodate Indigo Sun’s expansion on site, by relocating their popular tanning salon to a double size unit which is now their largest salon in the UK.
The repositioning will allow the salon to increase their sunbed capacity by over 40%.
We welcomed the national tanning salon to our Sheffield site back in 2019 and are thrilled to see them grow as a business over the last 5 years.

Litton are very proud to be sponsors and will be taking part in , 6 walks over 6 days.

The sponsored walk is to raise funds and awareness for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and in honour of close family friend Lindsay Coney who is living with this devastating disease.

Lindsay’s husband, Andrew Coney, has organised the 100 mile circular trek along the Two Roses Way route from Lancashire to Yorkshire and back starting and ending in Whalley. Check out the Walk For Lindsay page and Instagram where Andrew and family are sharing their experiences of PSP and how you can get involved to make a difference.

Our MD, Mark Twelves is hoping to complete the full route alongside close friend Andrew Coney, a Chartered Surveyor based in Preston. On Tuesday 6th June a number of Litton team members have also signed up to join the walk for 1 day completing an 18-mile trek from Skipton to Malham. Mark is also walking in memory of his mother-in-law, Sue Lightfoot, who suffered from this dreadful disease and so it is a cause particularly close to his and his wife Nicky’s hearts.

The generosity so far has been overwhelming for Lindsay and family. Andrew set out with a target of raising £20,000 for PSPA (pspassociation.org.uk) which has now been well exceeded. Litton wish to help raise even more for this worthy cause.

Litton are delighted to announce we are a main sponsor of , a fundraising event to help raise awareness of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy ( ), a neurodegenerative disorder that has no known cause or cure. Thousands of individuals in the UK are suffering from this awful disease. It affects brain cells that control balance, walking, coordination, eye movement, speech, swallowing, and thinking.

Litton have reached a significant milestone at their flagship Riverside Works project in Bakewell, Derbyshire.

A new 20,000 sq.ft. unit of employment space completed in December 2022. Pre-let’s were agreed with Devonshire Group and existing site occupier Bakewell Bakery.

Alongside these works the new bridge connection to the A6, Buxton Road was completed and opened in early January 2023.

Devonshire Group have taken the building to support the Chatsworth Estate retail enterprises.

Long-standing occupiers Bakewell Bakery are expanding into a new facility which will be fitted out with a state of the art bakery including a new non-gluten baking area.

Chatsworth are now in occupation and operational and the Bakewell Bakery are nearing the completion of their fit out and are aiming to be trading from their new premises this spring.

Litton are now planning the next phase of development on site at Riverside which is reserved for the further expansion of an existing occupier.

Cladding is near completion and preparations are underway for the installation of glazing.

The new 11,000 sq.ft. Fearnehough building will be available from May 2021.

The beams of the new bridge at Riverside Business Park have now been positioned. The form of the new bridge is now clearly visible. Bethell’s the Main Contractor will complete at the end of March 2021.

Litton are also currently constructing a new phase of high-quality employment space where two units are now under offer.
