“This time of year is always busy for me as we start preparing all of the homes for summer.

It’s one of my favourite seasons because the houses and villages start feeling busy and full of life.

Pools are being opened, terraces jet-washed, gardens tidied up, and we’re making sure everything is ready as owners start arriving for their summer residency weeks.

It’s always a great feeling knowing that owners can simply arrive and enjoy their holiday from the moment they walk through the door.”

From Discovery Visits to family celebrations, here’s a little update from India ✨

“We’ve had people come on Discovery Visits from the UK, Europe and the US recently, all with completely different stories and reasons for wanting a place in Italy.

One lovely lady came over from Boston after months of emails and phone calls with us
about Il Nido. Her grandmother had actually left northern Le Marche many years ago, so she wanted somewhere that helped her feel connected to her Italian roots again, which was really special.

Outside of work, we’re now preparing for the very long Italian school summer holidays. We’ve also just been viewing venues for Lucas’ birthday, and Charlie and I are struggling to believe we have an 18-year-old!”
