We’re Hiring! – Accounts & Operations Administrator (Part-Time, 12-Month Maternity Cover)

Location: Baldock (office-based)
Hours: 20 per week, flexible start and finish times
Contract: 12 months maternity cover, with potential for ongoing employment

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Accounts & Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our business. This varied role combines financial administration with general office and operational support.

You’ll be involved in managing suppliers, office services, and company compliance, as well as assisting with bookkeeping and payroll processes. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in administration, operations, or accounts
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and Microsoft Office (QuickBooks a bonus)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Installers assistant– Full Time and Permanent

We have an opportunity for an installations assistant to join our team.

The role:

An on site role assisting a qualified glazing installer with window, door, conservatory and commercial installations and maintenance on our varying projects.
You will receive up to date health and safety training and will be mentored by your appointed Installer. Depending on your performance and potential, you will have the opportunity to undertake further training and progress through the ranks to a qualified glazing installer.

About you:

First and foremost, we would like you to demonstrate the desire to learn and develop and grow with the company.
You will have:

The ability and willingness to travel
A full clean driving licence
A proactive approach to health and safety
A good awareness of construction sites
The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
A CSCS site safety card (desirable but not essential as training can be provided)
