Great to see the base coat down on the driveway at The Parks. 👌

The fresh tarmac is really starting to define the entrance, with kerbing, stone pillars, fencing and planting all coming together to create a strong first impression.

🚧 New Project Underway – Craigadoo Road, Moorfields 🚧

Great to be starting work on another one-off new build home on the Craigadoo Road, Moorfields.

Foundations are now marked out and ready, the first step in bringing this bespoke family home from plans to reality. We’re looking forward to sharing progress as this build takes shape over the coming months.

📍Site Update @ The Parks, Old Park Road, Ballymena

Great progress across The Parks development since the start of 2026.

The new stone driveway entrance pillars are now in place, giving a real sense of arrival to the site and setting the tone for what’s to come.

At the same time, Site No. 4 is now well underway, with groundworks progressing and the build taking shape as part of this exclusive development of prestige homes.

We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as construction continues across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for projects
🔹 Managing subcontractor tendering & procurement
🔹 Monitor project budgets and control variations
🔹 Liaising with site managers to track budgets and materials
🔹 Support contract administration and reporting
Requirements:
🔹 Min 3-5 yrs experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
🔹 Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
What We Offer:
🔹£50,000 - £55,000 salary
🔹Full-time permanent in Ballymena
