Triangle Housing Association is pleased to mark the handover of 17 new social homes at Millrace Close, Ballymoney, located just off the Milltown Road.

This new development provides a mix of high-quality homes to help meet the housing need, comprising:-

🏡 5 two-person, one-bedroom apartments
🏡 1 two-person, one-bedroom wheelchair-accessible apartment
🏡 1 three-person, two-bedroom wheelchair-accessible apartment
🏡 2 three-person, two-bedroom apartments
🏡 6 three-person, two-bedroom houses
🏡 2 six-person, four-bedroom houses

Millrace Close also represents an important milestone for Triangle, with the houses achieving an EPC A rating - the first EPC A-rated homes delivered by the Association. The apartments have achieved an EPC B-rating, supporting improved energy efficiency and helping to reduce running costs for our new residents.

The new development also incorporates four swift bricks within the gable wall of the apartment block, providing nesting opportunities for swift birds and contributing to local biodiversity.

As shown in the drone footage, Millrace Close is a welcome addition to our housing stock in Ballymoney, and we look forward to seeing residents move into their new homes in the coming weeks.
