Well done to the wonderful staff and trainees who completed sponsored walks this summer, raising money for the Riding School for the Disabled in Maghera.

This is an amazing charity that provides therapeutic riding sessions for adults with disabilities.

Great to see lots of progress being made at 's new development at Daisy Hill Gardens, in Maghera.

This housing development is really starting to take shape, with 22 new homes due for completion in Autumn/Winter 2026.

Delivered in partnership with the Department for Communities, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and JFM Construction, the scheme will help meet local housing need while bringing forward a high-quality residential development in the area.

Once completed, Daisy Hill Gardens will provide modern, energy-efficient homes, making an important contribution to housing supply in Maghera and supporting the delivery of much-needed new homes across Northern Ireland.

Elvis made a very special appearance recently with some lucky service users and what a show it was.

The service users were treated to a fantastic performance from the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll himself.

From the minute Elvis arrived, everyone was “all shook up” with singing, dancing and plenty of smiles all round.

The Elvis classics had everyone joining in and judging by the photos a great time was had by all.

A huge thank you to Elvis for bringing so much energy, fun and entertainment.

Elvis may have left the building……But the smiles definitely didn’t!
