Prestige Maintenance are excited to have started another fantastic project, this time in the beautiful village of Wendlebury.

The team has been busy getting everything prepared, with the site fully set up, the skip delivered, and all materials and equipment organised ready for work to begin.

We’ll be starting in the upstairs master bedroom en suite, where we’ll be carrying out a full refurbishment. As always, taking the time to prepare the site properly is a key part of making sure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

We’re looking forward to sharing the transformation with you over the coming weeks, so keep an eye out for regular progress updates.

🚧 Garage Conversion Progress Update 🚧

Things are moving along nicely on this garage conversion!

So far we have completed:

✅ Door opening cut out
✅ Walls boarded
✅ Electrical first fix
✅ Insulation installed
✅ Plastering completed

The transformation is already taking shape and it’s great to see this space starting to come together. This garage will soon become a practical home office while still retaining valuable storage space at the front.

We’re looking forward to sharing the next stages as the project progresses. Keep an eye out for more updates!

Another exciting project underway for the Prestige Maintenance team.

We have started work on transforming this garage into a practical home office, while cleverly retaining part of the existing garage as a dedicated storage space. The new layout will give our client the best of both worlds with a comfortable workspace and plenty of room to keep everything organised.

Day one is all about getting the project underway. We will be cutting out the opening for the new doorway and starting the structural timber work ready for the next stage of the conversion.

We’ve been working on this stunning bathroom and it’s easy to see the potential already.

With some beautiful features, quality materials and a great design, this is going to be a fantastic space once complete. We’re looking forward to putting our mark on it and bringing everything together over the coming days.

First walk around of the space before anything begins. It’s always good to take it back to the starting point and really see what we’re working with.

Another project nearly complete for Prestige Maintenance and we are now coming into the final stages before handover.

Over the past few weeks this space has been completely transformed, with all trades working together to bring everything together step by step. It is always satisfying when a project reaches this point and you can really see the full vision come to life.

We just have a few final finishing touches to complete before we hand the space back to the client, and we are extremely pleased with how everything is looking so far.

A big thank you to everyone involved in helping bring this project together. It has been a great one to be part of and we look forward to showing the finished result very soon.

Week 3 update on our latest Prestige Maintenance project and everything is progressing smoothly and right on schedule.

The walls have now been fully plastered and are looking great as they have dried out. The new door has been custom made and is ready to be fitted, while the electrics have now moved into second fix with everything coming together nicely.

The floor has been screeded and is currently drying out, preparing it for the next stage of the project. Tomorrow the floor fitter will be on site to install the new flooring which will really start to bring the space together.

Next up we welcome the plumber back to site to complete the second fix on the new radiators, alongside the carpenter who will be installing the rail system and sliding door.

Great progress from the whole team and we are looking forward to sharing the next stage soon.
