This one has taken a little longer to get moving than expected, largely due to the heavy rain we’ve experienced this year.

We purchased this tired block of flats knowing it was in serious need of renovation, but also seeing the opportunity to significantly improve the building and the space it offers. Alongside the purchase, we submitted a planning application to add a two-storey rear extension to maximise the potential of the site.

Planning proved to be a challenge as the building sits within a conservation area, which meant a fair amount of negotiation with the local planning team. While we didn’t quite achieve everything we initially set out to do, we were able to reach a solution that works and allows the project to move forward.

Looking forward to sharing the progress as this building is brought back to life.

We’ve officially finished our commercial-to-residential conversion of this listed building.

Transforming a character building like this comes with complexity. planning, heritage considerations, structural challenges 💯 but that’s exactly where experience and detail matter most.

Proud to bring this one to completion and add high-quality residential accommodation back into the market.
