Dear patients,
Please be aware that due to the current IT system migration at Bron Derw Surgery , the surgery is temporarily unable to process prescriptions as normal until their new system is fully up and running.
During this time, our pharmacy is doing everything we can to support patients and help meet urgent needs,including providing emergency supplies of medication where appropriate.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as we are currently working under significant pressure and high volume requests.
We would also respectfully ask patients to be mindful when phoning the pharmacy landline. At present, the volume of calls is extremely high, and unfortunately we are unable to answer every call. Many calls are to ask is whether prescriptions are ready, so we kindly ask that, where possible, you please wait for your text message notification before coming to the pharmacy.
Our team is working as hard as possible , in difficult circumstances, to provide the best service we can for our community.
