From 1st October until 19th December, book two nights and stay for three.

We have three barn conversions in the grounds of our own farmhouse, the old water mill. Just four miles from Llanberis and Mount Snowdon so stunning scenery all around, beautifully clear night skies and the perfect place to unwind.

Cwt Y Ci and Y Bwythn are all on one level with a large wet room so they are suitable for all ages.

We are pet friendly too - (small charge for pets).

Cwt Y Ci is a one bedroom barn conversion in the grounds of our own farmhouse, the old watermill - on the very edge of Snowdonia, just four miles from Llanberis and less than ten minutes to the Zip Line at the quarry. The barn is all on one level and benefits from having its own private courtyard garden.

10th, 11th & 12th August - Y Beudy - three nights for one or two people and up to two pets £350
30th, 31st August and 1st & 2nd September - Y Beudy - four nights for one or two people and up to two pets £420

Still a few dates left for the summer if you fancy a trek around Snowdon, a paddle in Lake Padarn or simply want to sit quietly with a book and watch the world go by. Or for the adventurous, we are a stones throw from the Zip Line.

Last few dates for July if you fancy a mid week getaway in the beautiful Snowdonia region of North Wales.

Y Beudy is available for three nights from Wednesday the 15th of July for the last minute deal of £280.00
Y Beudy is a barn conversion in the grounds of our own farmhouse, the old watermill. It has a super king huge comfy bed on a mezzanine level, modern shower room, fully fitted kitchen and cosy living area.
Pets welcome by arrangement (small additional charge), parking at the door and an EV charger if needed.

We are just four miles from the Zip Line at the Quarry, Llanberis and Padarn lake, Caernarfon, the Snowdonia Railway and many other amazing places close by.

Felin Uchaf Cottages are a small collection of barn conversions in the grounds of our own farmhouse, the old water mill.
We have one or two bedroom properties available for a minimum stay of two nights.
The barns have fully fitted modern kitchens, wet rooms or shower rooms, comfy beds, tastefully decorated and have free parking, WIFI and an EV charger.
Pets are also welcome by prior arrangement.

We are just around the corner from the Zip Line at the quarry, just four miles from Llanberis and less than ten minutes away from Caernarfon and Anglesey, making it the perfect base for exploring this beautiful area.

We would love to welcome you to Felin Uchaf Holiday Cottages on the edge of Snowdonia. We have three 19th century barn conversions in the grounds of our own farmhouse, the Old Watermill.
Lovingly restored from the original farm buildings, they offer relaxation, comfort & style for both short and longer stays.

We are on the outskirts of the village of Pentir and surrounded by farmland, but with easy access to Llanberis, Bangor, Conwy and Caernarfon. If you are feeling adventurous, we are also just four miles from the ‘Zip World’ at the quarry.

There is so much to see & do in the area with fabulous views and the most amazing dark skies.

Two of our cottages are on one level and are fully accessible.
Parking with EV charger, WIFI, Cot & highchair available and your pets are very welcome too.

We are open all year.

WE’VE GOT BIG NEWS 🚂🏔️ We are opening early to the SUMMIT!

We were due to reopen on 1st May, but we’re now delighted to confirm we will be travelling to the summit from Saturday 25th April.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the very top of Wales for those incredible summit views!

A huge thank you goes to our incredible Engineering and Permanent Way teams, who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to recommission Hafod Eryri and prepare the line for full summit operations once again, making this early reopening possible.
