This new-build garden was far from the standard our clients wanted and was in need of a complete transformation.

The team got to work, taking on board the clients’ requirements and ideas and turning the space into something they could be proud of. 🌿🏡

Another project completed for a valued client, with our team instructed to completely reinstate the outside areas of these two properties. 🏡

Both properties received new block-paved driveways, fresh turf and Laurel hedging, giving them a complete transformation and a fresh new look.

It’s always rewarding to see the finished result, but even better when both clients are absolutely thrilled with their new driveways and gardens. 👌🏼🌿

This garden was severely uneven and needed a lot of work to transform it into a practical, level and usable space. 🌿💪🏼

We brought in 20 tonnes of topsoil to level and reshape the garden, along with installing a new concrete shed base and a brand-new patio area.

This was a seriously labour-intensive job, made even more challenging by the lack of access. With no machinery able to get into the garden, everything had to be barrowed in and out by hand — 20 tonnes of soil, materials and waste!

A lot of hard graft went into this one, but the finished result was well worth the effort. Another garden transformed into a space the customers can enjoy for years to come. 👌🏼

A young family had recently purchased their new home and wanted to transform the garden into a space they could really enjoy and make use of. 🌿🏡

With a budget in mind, we worked closely with them to come up with a plan that gave them everything they were looking for, while keeping the costs within their budget.

It’s always great to see the transformation from start to finish, but even better when the customer is over the moon with the end result.

We also work alongside a trusted local company, allowing us to undertake every aspect of the jobs we take on and provide a complete service from start to finish.

These gates were in a real state of disrepair and were beyond saving, so they needed replacing. Working together, we were able to get them removed and replaced with a smart, strong and long-lasting new set of gates, giving the entrance a completely fresh look.

Another outdoor space brought back to life by the team at Mayes Property Services.

This project involved the installation of 30m² of Raj Blend Indian Stone, replacing an existing patio that had failed and suffered significant settlement over time. We excavated the area, rebuilt the sub-base to current standards, and created a solid, long-lasting foundation before laying the new paving.

The existing fish pond, originally constructed in 1998, had deteriorated due to age and rot. We completely rebuilt and modernised the structure, creating a robust and attractive feature that will continue to be enjoyed for many years to come.

Completed just in time to enjoy over the summer. ☀️

Project Completed 📍

Another fantastic outdoor space delivered by Mayes Property Services.

This project involved the installation of 90m² of Raj Blend Indian Stone, finished with EASYJoint Select Platinum grout for a clean, durable, low-maintenance finish.

We transformed a dated, multi-tiered garden into a level, practical and space-savvy outdoor area, creating a much more usable space for the homeowner to enjoy. Existing concrete steps were professionally clad to match the new patio, seamlessly tying the whole project together.

To complete the transformation, we installed some new fence panels and concrete kickboards, giving the garden a fresh, modern appearance that will stand the test of time.

Despite challenging weather conditions throughout the project, our team maintained progress and delivered another high-quality finish we’re proud to put our name to.

This driveway was causing ongoing drainage issues, with surface water running back towards the property due to there being no proper drainage channels or soakaway system in place.
The existing front wall had also heavily deteriorated over time. The original soft-faced bricks had become saturated with water and, without a suitable weatherproof coping stone or topper, rainwater was constantly running down the face of the wall. During colder weather this can lead to frost damage and “spalling”, where the face of the bricks begins to blow and break away over time.
We removed the failed wall and driveway and rebuilt the space with proper drainage solutions in place to direct water away from the property, while also constructing a new wall designed to better withstand the weather for years to come.
Another clean, practical and long-lasting finish completed for a happy client 👌

54m² of Raj Blend Indian stone installed alongside faced walling stone and a 9 meter reclaimed engineering brick wall. We’ve transformed an unloved outdoor space into an accessible, functional and usable area once again.
The previous steps and steep garden slope made everyday use difficult for the client, so the new layout was designed to improve access while creating a clean, practical finish that will last for years to come.
Another project completed on time with a very happy client.
